Currently on loop: Fergie - Big girls don't cry

Yosh~~! It's finally the weekend!! I just want to sit and play Bioshock all weekend, but my mom has planned out my whole saturday for me so that i won't be home all day and of course my teachers are loading up on HW. Ergh that's what i get for being an IB student. Tennis is also extremely draining physically and mentally for me so i basically don't have time to just read fanfics like i used to or play video games . On the bright side my b-day is coming up next thursday so party planning will go under way after that since i always have my partires like a month after my real birthday.

Expect a new layout within the next two weeks since this one is getting a little old. I have no idea what anime or whatever the layout is going to be so you'll just have to be suprised .

I currently have Fergie's Big girls don't cry stuck in my head. It's proven a distraction since i'd just be sitting in class and in the middle of my train of thought the song just comes up in my head. My sister thinks it's weird how i have an American song in my head since all i listen to is asian music, but Fergie is like the only American artist that i really love and i have no idea why. I remember Lady Hanaka inserted the song in one of her chapters for Shades of Grey and it was in my head then too, but the obsession is back.

I need to take some pics for my IB senior page so i'll probably be going to take studio pics and acting like a camwhore . I'll post some pics so all of you can see just how ugly i am .

I haven't read the new chapter for Naruto yet, but i will in the next few hours. Last week the chapter upset me a little since it was basically just about Jiraiya and him trying to get interrogate Akatsuki members. I need some action!! At least my Naruto hype is still up so that's good, but hopefully i'll get what i want in the next chapter.

[Naruto fangirling: possible spoilers]

The Naruto manga is C R A Z Y right now !!! I love where it is going and i hope Kishi keeps the momentum up. I was practically screaming like a fangirl through the whole chapter since it got me so excited. The Yondaime-is-Naruto's daddy theory was practically confirmed in the chapter and NOW we know a little about Naruto's mom! When i was reading that whole scene i was crying (probably because of excitement). I was disappointed that Itachi and Sasuke didn't fight, but the info about Naruto's parents made up for it. And DAMN Sasuke looked good!! I think i've been reading too much Ita fanfiction that his image is totally different than what is portrayed in the manga, but he still looked good . I can't believe the inevitable fight between the two brothers is actually going to happen. I don't know what's going to happen, but it's bound to be kickass . Do i sense Naruto ending soon? I really want a dramatic ending with some teary scenes, but i shouldn't expect too much from a shounen manga. Anyway~ anticipation for the next chapter is killing me. It's going to be hard waiting a week

It looks like i've been doing a little too much fangirling, but the manga has just been amazing lately. Bleach is still awesome and D. gray-man i haven't really caught up with yet, but i will once we get a break . I still have to finish Code Geass and Jigoku Shoujo as well start some new anime. I'm fanfiction deprived right now since i try to avoid it during the week since i know once i start i can never stop and -poof- there goes my grades. I have no time anymore !! P L E A S E bring summer back!!

Well in other news, school has obviously started. Blegh. It hasn't been that bad yet, but i know it will be in the coming weeks . But on the bright side, it's my senior year and i'm graduating~! AND in three weeks i'm going to be the big 18!!! Mark it on your calendars guys- Sept 13. I want to have a big debut, but my parents are still debating about it. I have a feeling they're just going to give a lot of money and have a semi-large party for me or i might just get to travel. Next summer we're supposed to be travelling to Japan and wherever since i'm going off to college and it would be a present for graduating. I just want my 18 b-day to be memorable and something me or people will never forget

Don't you just hate it when you can't find anything to where for school? Ever since summer i've started to hate wearing jeans and reagular t-shirts. Most of the stuff i've bought over the summer is more dressier since that's more my style when i'm out of school. I also have quite a few GothiLoli dresses and other Japanese style clothing and since i don't want to wear any of that stuff to school (and if you know what some GothiLoli dresses look like you would understand why i wouldn't where them to school) I'm left with jeans and t-shirts i don't even want to wear. My solution: some cute looking japanese uniforms that aren't for cosplay and that we would't mind wearing everyday. My mom says she'll get them, but she says that since the school doesn't have a uniform it would be weird for us to wear it. I honestly don't care what others are going to say because I really hate looking for clothes for school since it takes me F O R E V E R and i could be using that time for homework which i never get enough time to do anyway.

Ok well i just had to get some of that stuff off my shoulder. Looks like i should blog more so my posts won't be so long . Well it's like 11 and i need my sleep or else i'm going to be bitchy the whole day. Ja~

WARNING: Naruto fangirling (may contain spoilers)

Ok so basically this weekend is like an N O N S T O P, Narutard overload fest. I actually woke up early (@ 7) to watch the start of the series and so did my cousins and siblings. I've seen these episodes probably at least 3 times each, but it's nice to get a refresher since it's probably been almost a year since i've seen some of these epis and i wanna support the fandom .While the marathon was going on, we had another TV on in the living room and were playing CoN 2 as well so all you could here in the living room were the Naruto dub voices, which annoyed my dad to hell since he thinks the Japanese voices are much better too. The end of the chapter 366 made me S C R E A M. I can't believe wee might actually see the battle (crosses fingers) between the two brothers next week, but i bet Kishi is just teasing us . No one else was in the house except my sis and I since my mom forced everyone to go to the beach (except us cuz i complained like a bitch ) so my sis got freaked out and i was D Y I N G to tell someone about it, but since my poor phone is still dead i couldn't call anyone and AIM was being gay (again) so I had to control myself. Also forced my sis to read the manga since i just wanted to and after just reading 2 chapters she was like "Did we see this already?" and I said "no, but i think it's in episodes 24 and 25" and she starts screaming at me because she just wants to watch the anime. She saids she wants to keep the "initial reaction" intact for the anime, but i mean i still cried when Sasuke left even after knowing it was going to happen and i also cried in the first episode of Shippuuden cuz i saw Sasuke (I just L OV E Sasuke!! I'm sure you all can tell). I just DLed Shippuuden 25 and i was skipping through to see what it was showing (and i was right with what i told my sister) and i skip the opening and i start freaking out like a fangirl because it was a preview for the Shippuuden movie!!! Damn and the ending also showed a preview of the movie as well and coupled with Michi, it made me feel like crying and made me want to watch it even more since i love the bond i saw. Anyone who saw it, Did you see Naruto flip his hair back when it was wet?! It was so effin' S E X Y (and that's not a word i normally associate with Naruto). Shiet but i know i have to wait for like a year for the movie to come out and by then the hype might be gone. My dad and cousins say it might be a dud again since the other 3 were like , but i don't care since (obviously) i'm an obsessed fan and will watch anything Naruto. I just wish that Shippuuden wasn't going so D-A-M-N S-L-O-W. I know that it should be a little slower to some extent to develop the feelings in the audience, but it's too much. It's basically only covering a chapter at a time and it's bothered me since episode 2 (episode 1's opening scene was probably the best part of the series so far). I don't know why i keep watching it (I think it's cuz my siblings need me there to explain things if they have questions) if it gets on my nerves. I'm PRAYING that it will get better, but i doubt it will for this arc. HOPEFULLY the Sasuke and Sai arc will be a lot better (since i A D OR E that arc). Shiet but i hope the manga meets my expectations next week ( aimed at Kishi if he doesn't deliver)

Ergh my mommy keeps coming to and telling me to sleep since school is coming up (in 3 days) and i have to "sleep early", but it's not like i sleep that early anyway during the school year. 11 or 12 is like my normal bedtime since i refuse to stay up for school work. I'll stay up for other things if i have to, but hell no for school. Well i feel somwhat achey from tennis so i better go to bed if i want to get some sleep because my sis is going to wake me up again to watch the Naruto marathon again since she wants to watch the Chuunin exam arc. Don't know why she wants to see ALL those epis since she's seen them already. I mean i'm not watching the WHOLE marathon (that would be Naruto overload) so i'm just watching just a few episodes at a time or the ones i want to see. Even though i hate the dub, it just draws me in for some strange reason. Well bedtime now. Ja~

Ok so i never found my charger so my poor phone has been dead for like 3 days . We're going to get one tomorrow since my daddy is off. Played tennis today for the first time in like 4 days and surpsingly i've been playing a lot better than before. My coach and daddy says that I was probably getting worse and worse because of the mental burden and stress that comes with so many expectations. You win a tournament all of a sudden and soon everybody has such high expectations of you. Being watched by people didn't really hinder my performance in the past, but after being watched by so many scrutinizing eyes at every single match and by other well known coaches in the area, you get really stressed out by it and all the pressure, it gets to be a bit too much i guess . My daddy says that its good i took off for a couple weeks to regain my mental stability do i'm all good now and ready to do more tournaments :does the maito guy pose:. Ha well that's enough emoing about tennis.

So tomorrow i'm going to Gamestop to try to ask teh guys over there to fix my PS2 (since that issue has yet to be resolved) and get the Ultimate Nnja 2 game. My cousin has it, but i want to own it since i hate asking him to let us borrow it. I actually have a copy of the game in Japanese, but since my PS2 broke down while i was modding it, it's useless right now. My dad was like you should try to ask them to see if they know how to mod since he he's sure that at least one of them has modded their own system before. I still can't get over the fact that there was like a 1% chance the mod wouldn't have worked and i was that effin 1% !!! Ok calming down now. I have my avocado shake right now so everything is all good. Well hopefully they can help me with my dilemma.

So who is watching the Naruto marathon tomorrow?! My cousins, siblings, and I are~!! I'm not too fond of the dub version (cringes) but we want to support the fandom and ti's going to be fun trying to wake up at 6 in the morning since we all like wake up at noon . Well i'm off to watch more anime and play vid games so ja~

Ergh i'm sooo F R U S T R A T E D right now !! I can't find my damn cellphone charger and my phone is completely DEAD. I can't remember to if i brought it to Tampa and it's really annoying me right now cuz i know people are probably calling and i know they're going to start calling the house phone and my mom is going to be like WTF?! I told my little brother that this was a special S-rank mission and that if he found it i'd let him go on my laptop AND help him convince daddy to get us both another PS2 (i'm sure you are all aware of thatincident) although it was my fault in the first place that i broke the PS2, but screw it. So he helps me for a little, and then later is like screw it since we looked all over the house and the cars. Looks like i have to buy a new one tomorrow . In other news, I have 50 pages to go before i get my summer reading done, but i still have to answer questions and all that other shiet . My mom wants to stay at the Ritz this weekend in our area or go stay at the beach, but i know i won't be able to enjoy it with the guilt of having homework in the back of my mind. I'm probably going to try to pull an all nighter tonight and see what gets done so i can at least enjoy my final days before we go back to that hellhole. Pardon my language guys but i'm just really annoyed right now since i'm already feeling the stress of the school year .

Check out my livejournal minna. It's another Haruhi layout and it took me nearly 6 hours to create the pic and background and code it. That was my day yesterday. I'm such a nerd, but i wanted to overcome this obstacle and learn how to code a livejournal. Haha I clearly have issues . 6 days until school starts!!!

And i STILL have summer homework to finish . I actually haven't had time to really do any of it for the past few days since my cousins from Tampa came over to Orlando and my cousins from Texas also stayed over so it's been hectic . Well... i'm kind of glad that they came over since i haven't seen them since my 16th birthday party and it was nice catching up. Grace and Sarah are working now, but they're still attending USF. USF is one of my choices besides Duke and UF, but it would be cool going to USF since i'd see them all the time . Of course, my uncles were asking me about my future (don't they always?) and talked about tennis with me. They also played Wii sports, which was a funny site since all the kids were like "we're too cool to be playing this" so it was just my Uncle Noel and Uncle Joy playing and boy were they going at it. Then after that we played some real tennis and my uncles got their asses kicked by me . That was on Friday. Saturday we just went to Tampa and drove around. We also ate some a w e s o m e Thai food. On Sunday we went S H O P P I N G!!! My mom got me a new Juicy Couture bag from the Juicy Couture store and she took me on a shopping spree! I just wish that there were some GothiLoli stories here in Orlando, but i just have to settle for ordering online . Well i need to go since my cousins are coming over in a few minutes and i have to change so ja~

AFO, Ouran, Robots, pissed at Otakon and love-hate relationships?!

So we were there Friday and stayed at the hotel there and then we were there Saturday. Friday was basically a shopping day for everybody and we went to a few tournaments and on saturday more shopping and panels and tournaments. Practically no one (well except for Erin) probably got a decent sleep on Friday since all of us were like up until four taking showers and there was 24 hour anime so me and anthony were Witchblade, which by the way has an awesome mother-daughter relationship and the ending killed me . Yea so i think i only got one hour of sleep since my sister woke me up and i kind of couldn't sleep after that.My sister and I got plushies (Haruhi, Kyouya, Hani, Ichigo, etc.), a haruhi photobook, Japanese rock magazine (shoxx, cure, etc) and other things.

The Ouran Host Club panel was the highlight of Saturday (even for the guys with us) and was... very interesting. Let's just say that our expectations may have been a little too high in terms of how they were going to look . All the roles were played by girls except ofr hani who was played by a guy. I think (and probably so does everybody else) that Tamaki and Kyouya were the best. There was fan service and lapdancing was absolutely h i l a r i o u s. It wasn't cute like in the series because the people weren't cute (except for Kyouya and Tamaki). Hani was just... . He was surely taller than me (and i'm 4'11") and Hani is supposed to be a tiny thing. He acted the part, but it wasn't cute . Anyway, enough criticizing. Let's see, there were also games and prizes such as a lapdance, kiss, etc. Our table was like the only table that wasn't actively participating during the whole thing since we were just like WTF?! with the whole thing and just preferred to watch. Anthony did write a haiku for Kyouya which was absolutely sweet . Then 2 hours later, we ate and continued on with the day and due to lack of sleep, Anthony and I would dose off randomly during the day since we were h e l l a tired.

ergh and i just found out (a bit late though) that AAA performed at Otakon!!! I was royally pissed when i found out b/c my mom has relatives over there and we were considering going over to Otakon b/c my sis and i wanted to!! Damn this really sucks. Next year i'm going to ask my parents to take me next year to Otakon and Anime Expo since i'm going to college next fall anyway so my parents should say yes, but shiet they better have some good artists there. I know Anime Expo had the Haruhi thing and they invited Aya Hirano and the other 2 seiyuus. I'm going to make this a goal for next year. Anime Expo, Otakon, Japan, HK, and the Philippines next year. It's a B I G goal, but i'm going to have my sister help me beg for it.

Ergh i hate being dark! I look uber effed up in some of the pics because I was tired and bitchy as hell from the night before cuz i didn't get my beauty sleep so sorry for that. I'll post up better pics of me when i get a chance. If it weren't for tennis, i'd be lighter than my sister. The Ouran pic does not have the same people from the panel (damn it!), but it's ok. Sunday my sister and I were dead . The whole afternoon we slept, but i magaed to fit in 2 episodes of Code Geass, which is a kick ass anime! I L O V E it!! I only started watching it because i heard the character designers were by the infamous group CLAMP and FLOW sang the theme song so i didn't know how the story was going to go (I didn't want to wiki it b/c then i'd spoil it). I also heard that it was like number 1 anime last year for i think the Tokyo Anime awards along with Death Note and Melancholy of Haruhi so i figured it might be worth watching. I wanted to watch it back when it started last year, but school got in the way so i waited until summer and I was going to put it off some more and thank God i didn't. I also started watching Jigoku Shoujo (Hell girl) which i also L o v e. There's something about horror/gothic/psycholigical anime/manga that i absolutely adore. Maybe i'm just a dark and sadistic person, but i really do like this anime. In case none of you have heard of it, it's basically about these emo people who go on a website and midnight and request for the Hell girl to send the person who is causing them misery and trepidation to H E LL, but there is a catch. It is said that when one person is cursed, two graves are dug - meaning that as part of the contract at the end of your life, you must also go to hell. Pretty damn sadistic and dark, which is what i love about it. The hell girl is also pretty adorable even though she is the epitome of your greatest fears . I'm hoping to finish these series before school starts on the 20th, but i still have gay summer homework . AND we're this thursday my cousins are coming from Texas to visit AND next week we're going to Key West. Looks like it's cramming time . My parents always do this to me!

My sister and I also caught up with the Shippuuden episodes since she wanted to put if off until there were more episodes available so she could watch more than one episode since she said she always feels "unfulfilled" if she just watches one. So we saw 20-24 and she absolutely ADORES Sasori ! As for me, I read the manga so nothing suprised me, but it was still cool to watch even though it seems like it's taking forever for them to finish this arc. I really want to see the Sai and Sasuke arc since i absolutely love that arc because we get to see Sasuke and it makes me feel so emotional . Damn and the ending song Michi ~ to you all is on repeat on my iPod right now. It's so pretty and it makes me feel so sad (which i love the feeling of). If you haven't heard it, you MUST listen!!

Well my sister and I were talking about friendship/rival relationships in Shounen anime. We talked about the whole Light and L relationship which was quite strong and is probably the second best relationship for me and talked about a few of the many friendship/rival relationships in Bleach such as Byakuya and Renji, Ichigo and Ishida to name a few. Then we got to the whole Naruto and Sasuke relationship. My sister loves the yaoi relationship (too much fanfiction for her ) and i just adore their strong friendship and their rivalry. So our consensus was Naruto and Sasuke. There are probably some better ones out there that i just can't think of, but for some reason their relationship just touches me and makes my heart wrench . Ha i don't even know how their coversation came up, but i think it was because of the ending song and the pictures it showed . If anyone wants to offer a rebuttal or agreement you can say so if you want when you comment .

AFO Starts today!!!

We're leaving in like two hours with Erin, Anthony & Eric so everyone is just getting ready. hehe we're all UBER excited ! We're staying at the hotel there tonight so we won't be back until late Saturday. I'm going to take LOTS of pics for the magazine and for my own personal enjoyment so i'll post them up probably on Sunday or Monday.

Ooh and I'm sure everyone noticed that there is a new layout! It features the popular anime Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and if you haven't seen it is a MUST for anime fans. If you have seen Luky Star (which came after Haruhi) then you'll surely like Haruhi since it is so adorable and plenty of fanservice for the male persuasion =P. Right now it's my favorite anime and seems to follow my obsession with shounen and seinen anime/manga. Oh and the songs on my playlsit right now are from the anime and if you ask me the music from Haruhi is kick ass. Haha I think i have given into the Haruhiism =P. You can guess that i'm going to be buyin some Haruhi mechandise at the con along with like 10+ other animes that i have to get >.<. It's going to be an expensive weekend, but i know once i see something Gothic Lolita or Ayu there, I know I won't have money for anything else T.T. It's a weakness that i'm not yet strong enough to overcome. =P Well i need to go change, do make-up, and other final packing before i go. Bye bee~~

Ok well i'm really excited about my position right now. Haha I was in the middle of watching Haruhi (again) with my sister since she hasn't seen it so i'm going to go back to that in a few minutes. I still have to order our costumes for AFO next week, but my dad keeps saying later. Ergh we have to get the order in by tonight or we might not have it in time! >.< Neee~ and i still have to go to the mall to get make up shtuffs for the costumes so i'll probably do that later on tonight or tomorrow before the mag meeting. Well back to Haruhi =P.
